Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

1. Eligibility for Returns

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

  • Gold & Silver Bullion (Coins, Bars, Rounds):
    Due to price volatility, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed, except in cases of:
    • Wrong item received (different weight, purity, or design than ordered).
    • Damaged or defective products upon delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt).
  • Jewelry & Crafted Items (Gold/Silver):
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
    • Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible returns (see above).
  • For bullion items, if a refund is approved (wrong/damaged product), the refund will be made at the original purchase price, not the current market price.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to Our store address
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Return Process

  2. Provide order details, proof of purchase, and photos of the product if damaged.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  4. Items must be shipped back securely with full insurance at the customer’s expense (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or tampered bullion packaging (mint-sealed items).
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
  • Items reported after the return window.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed.
  • Once processed, cancellations are not possible due to price-locking of precious metals.

6. Our Commitment

6. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
